The merged company will operate under the name of Chicago Title of Colorado, Inc. • Chicago Title and Ticor Title are both direct operations of Jacksonville, Florida based Fidelity National Financial which acquired Title America (now Ticor Title of Colorado) in 2008 from now bankrupt Mercury Companies, Inc. • e management teams of both companies feel strongly they would benefit from operating synergies achieved in the combined company. • The company will employ the same great people and provide an exceptionally high level of service with an expanded Front Range office footprint. • Ticor Title and Chicago Title are both strong well respected names in the marketplace.
